Activity: Dumpster in turnaround.
Units Affected: One lane of turnaround. No parking, drop off and pick-up only.
Duration: Life of project.
Activity: Pedestrian canopies and/or fencing placed on the Plaza in front of the North Tower, inside the pool enclosure.
Units Affected: No units will be affected directly, the entrance to the pool area will be through the North Tower lobby.
Duration: Approximately three months or the duration of the repairs on stacks 06 and 07.
Activity: Pedestrian canopy by the main entrance of the North Tower lobby and on the corner of Front and Market Streets.
Units Affected: 104, 105 and 106 (will not impede access to units or to the North Tower lobby).
Duration: Approximately three months or the duration of repairs on the 06, 07, 12 and 14 stacks.
Monday, March 29 to Thursday, September 30, 2010.
Activity: Planter repairs on Plaza level and townhouse decks.
Units Affected: 308, 309, 310, 311, 312, 313 and 314.
Duration: Approximately six months.
Friday, April 16 to Thursday, September 30, 2010.
Activity: Planter repairs on street level at the corner of Front and G Streets.
Units Affected: 307 and Postal Annex.
Duration: Approximately five months.
Tuesday, May 11 to Thursday, September 30, 2010.
Activity: Planter repairs on Front Street by townhouses.
Units Affected: 106, 105, 104.
Duration: Approximately four months.
Beginning Wednesday, May 26, 2010.
Activity: Window repairs on the 06, 07, 12 and 14 stacks of North and South Towers (exterior work only, includes chipping at control joints, headers and footers of windows. Access to the balconies will be from the swing stage. Please keep balcony door locked). See note below.
Units Affected: Units ending in 06 from 506 to 1906; units ending in 07 from 507 to 1907; units ending in 12 from 512 to 1912, units ending in 14 from 514 to 1914 and units 1215, 2003, 2007, 2103, 2202, and 2204.
Duration: Approximately three months per swing stage drop. Work is done in three month intervals and is anticipated to affect each unit for approximately 12 months depending on the number of windows in each unit and the number of swing stage drops required.

Units Affected: 101, 102, 103 and 104.
Duration: Approximately three months.

Activity: Window repairs on the 05, 06, 09, 11 and 12 stacks of North and South Towers (exterior work only, includes chipping at control joints, headers and footers of windows). See note below.
Units Affected: Units ending in 05 from 505 to 1905, units ending in 09 from 509 to 1909,units ending in 06 from 506 to 1906, units ending in 11 from 511 to 1911, units ending in 12 from 512 to 1912 and units 2002, 2006, 2102, 2201 and 2203.

Units Affected: Wells Fargo (will not impede access to business).

Activity: Planter repairs on east side stairwell and terrace of Urban Real Estate.
Units Affected: Urban Real State and Nutrition Zone.
Duration: Approximately three months.
Thursday, July 1 to Friday, September 17, 2010.
Activity: Balcony slope repairs on the 09 stack.
Units Affected: Units ending in 09 from 609 to 1909. Access to the balcony will be from the swing stage. Please keep your balcony door locked.
Duration: Approximately three months.
Wednesday, August 11 to Wednesday, September 1, 2010.
Activity: Repair telescopic windows in the 12 stack.
Units Affected: Units ending in 12 from 612 to 1912 and unit 2007 (access to units will be needed, owners will be contacted individually).
Duration: Approximately one month.
Monday, August 23 to Friday, October 1, 2010.
Activity: Wet seal windows above balcony doors on penthouses.
Units Affected: 2201, 2202, 2203 and 2204.
Duration: Approximately six weeks (three weeks per couple of units).
Important Notes:
Due to the vibration caused by the work being done on the exterior of the buildings, we suggest that you secure any items on or near the exterior walls.
Every Friday Trepte will be wiping off balconies related to the areas where they are working. Please keep your doors locked.
Please be alert, men are working overhead and may be working on you balconies creating a danger of falling debris.
For your privacy, we suggest that you keep your drapes drawn and windows closed during the work day from 8 am to 4 pm. Remember, workers will be performing work on swing stages outside your units.
