Activity: Dumpster in turnaround.

Units Affected: One lane of turnaround. No parking, drop off and pick-up only.

Duration: Life of project.

Beginning Wednesday, November 9, 2011.

Activity: Filling in cracks in the garage drive sections.

Units Affected: No units will be affected directly. Please be aware of men working in the garage and follow the directional signage and speed limit in the garage.

Duration: Approximately six months.

Beginning Monday, February 27, 2012.

Activity: Plaza tile removal on the Market Street side of the South Tower and between the South Tower and the townhouses, including the private patios of units 312, 313 and 314.

Units Affected: Units directly affected are 312, 313 and 314. Units most affected by the noise are the South Tower units on the first and third levels.

Duration: Approximately seven weeks.

Beginning Monday, April 9, 2012

Activity: Trepte will begin working on the Pool Area. In addition to re-coating the pool, the work will include demolition of the deck tile, waterproofing, and re-installation of the deck tile.

Units Affected: No units will be directly affected but the pool and spa will remain closed for the length of the project.

Duration: It is anticipated that the work will be completed in approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks.

Beginning Tuesday, May 1, 2012

Activity: Stone replacement on the Courtyard and the Front Street stairs.

Units Affected: No units will be affected but the Front Street stairs (located in the west side) will be closed.

Duration: Approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks.
